Expert VA disability claims support for veterans' success
Expert VA disability claims support for veterans' success

The mission is to ensure every veteran has the knowledge, support, and strategy needed to maximize their VA disability benefits without confusion or delay.
My name is Ka’Nethia Garvin. I’m a U.S. Army veteran and a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with over 7 years of experience in the medical field. I also hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with a second Master’s degree with concentrations in Healthcare Management and Entrepreneurship.
I started Veteran Entitlement LLC because I know firsthand how confusing, stressful, and frustrating the VA process can be. Too many veterans get underrated simply because they don’t know how to properly present their conditions, explain their symptoms, or submit the right supporting evidence.
With my medical background and education, I’m able to review records, break down medical evidence, connect the dots, and help build claims that actually reflect what’s going on. My background in criminal justice, healthcare management, and entrepreneurship also helps me understand documentation, advocacy, complex systems, and the importance of handling every claim with structure and attention to detail.
I handle the back-end work so you’re not stuck trying to figure everything out alone.
My goal is simple: to make sure nothing gets missed, your claim is presented clearly, and you walk into your exams prepared, confident, and supported.

Every claim begins with a comprehensive review of your medical records. We identify overlooked conditions, secondary conditions, aggravations, and opportunities to maximize your disability rating.

Every veteran’s claim is unique. We develop a customized strategy by selecting the appropriate claim type, organizing evidence, and pursuing every viable avenue

Receive individualized C&P examination guides and condition-specific coaching to help you confidently communicate the severity of your disabilities during your examination.
